A HISTORY OF GIVING: Our first donation of handbags occurred in August 2010. Ten handbags were filled with sixteen daily hygiene products and donated to the local community homeless shelter and domestic violence safehouse in SW Colorado. This was the start of our Purse with Purpose Program.
Since then we have continued to seek + identify the unmet basic needs of women in our local and global community. We have developed other Needs Based Programs that provide justice, practical kindness, and dignity. Compelled by this purpose we hosted our first Monthly Meal in March 2015, and our heart is always set on developing future Programs.
In building and growing this local cause turned nonprofit, we have learned that in a rural community we are better together. Our local nonprofit recipients include the Durango Community Shelter, the Southwest Safehouse, Alternative Horizons, Sexual Assault Services Organization, and Housing Solutions for the Southwest. You're invited to grow our impACT and GIVE.
